The first floor of the Mark Twain Building is made up entirely of commercial spaces, Including classic storefronts, Restaurants, office suites, individual offices, and even a small museum dedicated to the Building's history!

Storefronts at the Mark Twain are accessed with their own street entrances, while the interior units can all be access off the building's main corridor, best accessed from the North Entrance at 147 W. Gray Street, the west entrance at 160 N. Main Street, or via the covered walkway from Centertown Parking Garage.
