These apartments come fully furnished, including a queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, a desk, couch, coffee table, television, kitchen amenities, and all utilities are included, even internet! These private apartments can be rented starting at $1295 per month, plus a $50 monthly cleaning fee.

Apartment 801 is a special reserve unit on the top floor of the building, fully furnished with all of the amenities of the building's other short-term units.
